The main thing I'm taking away from it is that with all that learning and wisdom of good people like you the US then elects Trump and possibly worse Biden (facepalm) !
Leadership is such an interesting puzzle. I think the most counterintuitive thing for me was to realize that the most important thing for me was to keep the peace, to keep everyone getting along well. It took years for this to become clear, that a healthy team makes a productive team (and better quality of life for the owners to boot). For me, this was the main thing about leadership I was missing.
Speaking of working for an idiot and having such a one as leader of the worlds most powerful country too what would it be like working for Donald Trump?
